Privacy

This privacy note is a draft for Colliko. It says what Colliko stores and what Paddle stores when you pay.

We store your account name, email address, password hash or sign-in provider, plan, and the files you upload. Billing stores a Paddle customer id, subscription id, and the renewal date. We do not store your card number. Paddle collects the payment details as the merchant of record.

We use the account to sign you in, to apply the storage limit, and to email you if a storage grace period ends. That email does not delete files.

Payment records and invoices are available from the Paddle billing portal linked on your profile. Paddle's own privacy notice applies to the payment data they process.
