Terms of service

These terms are a draft for Colliko. They describe the account, the storage plans, and how a paid plan renews. They are not the final contract.

Free, Collector, and Pro include the storage shown on the plans page. That storage is set in the application configuration. Paddle is the seller of a paid plan and the merchant of record. The price on the plans page includes VAT. We do not add VAT on top.

A paid plan renews automatically at the price shown before you pay, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel from Billing on your profile, in one or two clicks, or from the Paddle billing portal.

If you move to a smaller plan and your files use more than that plan allows, the files stay for 30 days, new uploads stop, and nothing is deleted until you confirm. We do not delete files automatically.

The refund policy is a separate page. It does not promise a refund that Paddle's buyer terms do not allow.
