Refund policy
Paddle is the merchant of record for Collector and Pro. The price you see before you pay includes VAT. We do not add VAT on top, and we do not issue the invoice. Invoices are in the Paddle billing portal, linked from Billing on your profile.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund that period.
A refund request is handled by Paddle under their buyer terms. This page does not promise a refund, a cooling-off result, or a deadline that those terms do not already give you.
